I began my career in 1988 with a low salary and limited opportunities. Despite my hard work, growth was slow, so I saved money to upgrade my skills. This led me to Speck Systems Ltd, where I gained 15 years of global experience across Muscat, Qatar, UAE, and Turkey.

With expertise in strategic decision-making and high-value deals, I moved into business development in GIS, IT, and ITES sectors, driving 3X business growth worth $6 million. I also discovered the power of networking, organizing seminars and exhibitions that strengthened business relationships.

Over 30+ years, I climbed the ladder from Front Office In-Charge to Vice President/Director, shaping businesses and fostering success. Now, I continue to seek new opportunities and collaborations to create impactful growth. Let’s connect!

Humble Beginnings

I was born in a small village called Sudapalli, near Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. I grew up with seven siblings, and life was not easy. Studying was a big struggle, but I never gave up.

My first job was as a receptionist, where I faced many challenges. People made fun of me because I was not fluent in English. It was tough, but I didn’t let it stop me.

I worked hard to learn new skills and improve myself. After some time, I got a chance to work in the IT industry, and that was the start of my big journey.

Stepping Into Global Opportunities

My breakthrough came when I joined Speck Systems Ltd. This opportunity opened doors to international exposure, taking me to Muscat, Qatar, UAE, and Turkey. Over the next 15 years, I gained a 360-degree understanding of business operations across different geographies.

These formative years brought out the best in me, sharpening my ability to:

Make strategic decisions under challenging circumstances.
Communicate effectively, especially during high-stakes negotiations.

Building Businesses and Breaking Barriers

After working hard for 30 years, life took an unexpected turn—I suddenly lost my job. It was a tough time. My health suffered, and the stress was overwhelming. I had many commitments to take care of, and the uncertainty was not easy to handle.

But during this difficult phase, my family stood by me. Their support gave me the strength to move forward. Instead of giving up, I used this time to rebuild myself and explore new opportunities. This led me to a new chapter in my journey—one that was challenging but also full of possibilities.

Founded on 28th July 2021, Magnifiq Properties Private Limited is a real estate company based in Hyderabad. We specialize in buying, selling, leasing, and developing both residential and commercial properties. Our goal is to offer high-quality projects that match the changing needs of our clients.

Personal Life

Beyond my professional journey, my greatest joy comes from my family. I am happily settled in Hyderabad with my wife and our wonderful daughter. Their unwavering support has been my pillar of strength through every challenge and success.
